ABOUT EVENTUS
Making markets safer
OUR DIFFERENCE
Where deep industry knowledge & high performance computing converge

Origin Story
Eventus is a leading global provider of state-of-the-art, at-scale trade surveillance software across all lines of defense.
Eventus was founded by capital markets experts and compliance practitioners who discovered that the industry lacked a trade surveillance solution fit for the frequency, volume, and breadth of products many modern trading firms were handling. Launched in 2015, Validus, our trade surveillance platform, took shape over time based on our experiences and many conversations with early clients. This client feedback and collaboration remains the most important driving force of our innovation today.
Eventus is an award-winning, recognized global leader in trade surveillance, algo monitoring, risk controls, and transaction monitoring solutions for a diverse range of firms complying with regulations in jurisdictions at the highest standards. Its powerful, award-winning Validus platform is easy to deploy, customize and operate across equities, options, futures, foreign exchange (FX), fixed income, and digital asset markets.
Validus is proven in the most complex, high-volume, and real-time environments of Eventus’ rapidly growing client base, including banks, broker-dealers, futures commission merchants (FCMs), proprietary trading groups, exchanges, market venues, energy and commodity trading firms, and crypto platforms. Clients rely on the platform, coupled with the firm’s responsive support and product development, to overcome their most pressing trade surveillance regulatory challenges.
